Our White Christmas

This year we got one of our first WHITE Christmas'. We have a lot of it. It was probably a foot and a half to two feet. CRAZY! I, Leslie, didn't have any school last week. And Dad didn't go to work all week except for one day. And Mom didn't go to work a couple days. It was nice, but now we are a little sick of it. In Oregon we don't "Dry" snow, we get "Wet" snow. Meaning that it isn't nice and usually it freezes into ice so you can't really play in it. And the stupid town of McMinnville doesn't use the snow plows, so the roads are terrible! Its like you are in very old, and bumpy rollar coster. Its bad. You see the snow plow driving around but the scrapers aren't down. We want it to go away so that Tom and Jessie can come, but it may be a little late.

Tonight we went over to Grandma Roberts' to have our Christmas Eve Party. It wasn't much of a party but still it was a lot of fun. The Judd's came and so did our family and Don and his family. There wasn't many people but it was still a lot of fun. We had a wonderful dinner. Then, Mom read the story "The Christmas Orange". It was great and then we opened our presents. It was a lot of fun. We always have a good time over there. I hope that all of our loved ones have a very Merry Christmas. We miss you and love you. XOXO
